a dedicated site manager and project. Together they calculate the project's requirements
and constantly monitor progress, ensuring the project is delivered on time and within
budget. They also make sure that all health and safety procedures and practices
are in place. Having a dedicated project manager means you that not only do you
just have one single point of contact rather than having to communicate with a range
of tradesmen, but also that person works with you throughout the duration of the
project.
